Born and raised in Berne, NY we’re a third-generation excavation family built on hard work. It all started with Robert Lawyer Sr., who owned and operated Lawyer Excavating for decades and laid the foundation for what we do today.

For over 20 years as All Weather Construction, LLC. myself, Robert Lawyer Jr. and my son Adam Lawyer carry that legacy forward. We dig deep, pour strong, and prep every site like it’s our own, just like my father would have done.
